The site is located at M.G.Road, Shastri Nagar, Adyar in 70 feet wide road in south Chennai surrounded by posh residential high-tech bungalows and commercial complex, well connected with good roads to all parts of the city. The Sea, OMR, ECR, GST and Airport are having close access to this place. This project has Basement, Ground + Three floors, accommodating partly residential and the partly IT, Animation Studio and completed in 2005.
